No. Chrome extensions are not available in the mobile version of the browser. MailNudgeApp is designed to be used on desktop, where most professional emails are managed.
No. MailNudgeApp never reads the content of your emails. It only saves the subject, recipient, thread URL and the date you choose. All data is stored locally in your browser.

In the current version the reminder does not disappear automatically when you receive a reply. You'll need to mark it as "Done" manually from the popup. Automatic reply detection is planned for a future version.
Yes. When a reminder expires you can snooze it with a new date and time from the "Overdue" tab of the popup. The reminder will automatically move back to "Upcoming".
The red badge on the Chrome icon means you have overdue reminders that need immediate attention. The green badge means you have active reminders that haven't expired yet — everything under control.

1. What data MailNudgeApp collects

MailNudgeApp stores only the following data locally in your browser:

  • Email subject
  • Recipient email address
  • Gmail thread URL
  • Reminder date and time
  • Optional notes added by the user
  • Pro license key (if applicable)

2. What data MailNudgeApp does NOT collect

  • Does not read the content of your emails
  • Does not collect personal data such as name, address or phone number
  • Does not track your browsing activity
  • Does not sell or share data with third parties

3. Use of external servers

The only external communication MailNudgeApp makes is the verification of Pro license keys via Supabase. This verification only occurs when the user activates their license and only transmits the license key for validation.

4. Data storage

All reminder data is stored locally in Chrome storage (chrome.storage.local). This data is not sent to any external server and is deleted when the extension is uninstalled.
